ABOUT US
OUR PRACTICE
Relate Restore Repair, LLC is a practice co-owned by two therapists who also provide the therapeutic interventions and services for clients.
We are not your typical therapy practice. From your first contact with us, your experience likely won't match the expectations you've built through previous therapy or stereotypical beliefs of what therapy is.

We are social workers by education and training. The guiding principles of social work impact our practice, framework, and approach to clients, families, and systems. We have extensive experience with sexual abuse, attachment issues, Autism Spectrum Disorder and the challenges of adolescent development.
Ryan Knuth is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). He is a Colorado Sex Offender Management Board approved Juvenile Full Operating Treatment Provider and Juvenile Clinical Supervisor with more than 10 years of experience in the field, primarily in residential treatment for adolescents, juvenile justice, and outpatient mental health. He also holds training in Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
Stacey MacGlashan is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a Colorado Sex Offender Management Board approved Juvenile Full Operating Treatment Provider. She holds training in Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). She has more than 20 years of experience in the field, primarily in juvenile justice and outpatient mental health.
Our Framework, Approach, and Model
As social workers, we believe that working with systems, families, and other supports is very important to the success of our clients. Collaboration and cooperation with other professionals is in the best interest of our clients.
We believe the universal goals of accountability, empathy, and communication can benefit our clients. Our framework is eclectic and includes the most popular theories in the field of psychology today.
System oppression, abuse of power, and the influence of negative cultural messages are all considered in our practice. We understand and consider the impact of experiences, relationships, and culture on individuals, couples, and families.
We are directive but also encourage choice and empowerment. We use client-identified goals to help build individualized treatment plans and interventions.
We work with clients to find their own power, voice, and choice within their lives and redirect focus away from attempting to control others' feelings, thoughts, or behaviors.

We own a practice together because we work well as a team; therefore, we collaborate in our therapy practice. We are available individually or as co-facilitators depending on the needs, risks, and responses that are required from us.
We believe in the bond between humans and animals, and Ryan includes his three certified therapy dogs (two female Staffordshire pit bull terriers and one female boxer) in his work with clients.
